Payment Methods

Orders must be paid, before shipping.
We accept PayPal, Visa/Master Card and Money Orders.
We do not ship COD

Credit cards are charged the day before order is scheduled to be shipped. Any one that places an order, is doing so with the full understanding of our Policies. This includes all shipping charges.

Ordering

We do not have a minimum order requirement.

Phone ~ Orders can be placed by calling 856-358-7424, have credit card information ready. Calls cannot always be answered, as we are busy filling orders, so please leave a message on our voicemail and a representative will return your call shortly.

We do have price breaks on larger quantity orders. Please call 856-358-7424 to obtain pricing.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Ship time can vary due to product availability and time of year.

Customer assumes all shipping costs. Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or USPS. We will determine the shipper to be used. If your order is damaged or lost, please call and notify us. Please keep all damaged items and shipping cartons so shipper can inspect them if they decide to do so. Insurance covers replacement of damaged items only, no cash reimbursement.

If a shipment is refused for any reason, you will be responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will also be charged.

To obtain accurate shipping costs, we will assemble your order then notify you by email of the shipping charges. Please do not pay for your order until notified of final total.

Returns and Shortages

Merchandise can not be returned without authorization. Call 856-358-7424 for authorization. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return unopened products within 10 days for full credit. Fragrance Oils, Bath Products and opened products can not be returned.

If you find that your order is not complete, please notify us immediately to rectify the problem. Check your order upon receipt. Any claims for shortage must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
